Chapter 32 section 1 defines a mobile home or trailer as: Trailer means any vehicle or similar portable structure having no foundation other than wheels, jacks or skirtings and so designed or constructed as to permit occupancy for dwelling or sleeping purposes. The term "trailer" is to be synonymous with "mobile home" and "house trailer."
Chapter 32 section 3 states: It shall be unlawful within the limits of the town for any person to park any trailer on any street, alley or highway or other public place or on any tract of land owned by any person, occupied or unoccupied, except as provided in this chapter.
