If you click here the photo will show the areas that are ready for connection to the Olanta Water System. These areas are highlighted in blue, and we are permitted to begin installation of meters. If you are ready for your meter to be set so you can connect to the water system, please call 843-396-4301 and we will get your meter scheduled to be installed. These areas include all or portions of the following roads:
- N. Jones Rd. (from Jimylyn Rd. to Jordan Church Rd.)
- Jordan Church Rd.
- Carmon Shortcut Rd.
- N. Bethel Rd. (from Carmon Shortcut Rd. to W. Old No. 4 Hwy.)
- W. Old No. 4 Hwy.
- Salem Rd.
- N. Floyd Rd.
- Olanta Hwy.
- S. Myers Rd.
- McKenzie Rd.
Other roads where the water lines have been installed are waiting on permits from SC DES for us to operate the water line. We will update this information as it becomes available.
We will also begin installation of water lines on North Bethel Rd from Carmon Shortcut to Kelly Crossroads and from Kelly Crossroads down Olanta Highway to Jordan Church Road in a few weeks. We hope to have this portion of the project completed by June of 2026.
